Baby Care Program

From the time you first know you are pregnant, Crossroads is here to help you with your needs.  Once a month you can meet one-on-one with our trained, peer advocates who will show you videos and discuss a variety of topics concerning your pregnancy and the first year of your child’s life.

After 30 minutes, your friendly advocate will take you to the Materials room to pick out maternity clothing while you are still pregnant or baby clothing and other items needed to take care of your newborn after you give birth.  Items generally available are diapers, wipes, clothing, blankets, burp clothes, formula, bottles, baby food, breast pumps, strollers, high chairs, pack and plays, books and toys.  The monthly appointment lasts one hour.  You may schedule your first appointment any time after you find out you are pregnant.  The program serves parents and babies up until the baby is 24 months old.
