It’s nice to know you have options when your life feels out of control. If you are facing an unplanned pregnancy, you have three: have an abortion, make an adoption plan, or choose to parent.

Only you know which option is best for you and your future, and no one has the right to force you into making one choice over another. You get to decide.

Making an Adoption Plan

Choosing to place your child for adoption is a hard decision, but sometimes, the hardest decisions are the best. Myths and misunderstandings surround the adoption process, so learning the steps and available services is essential.

Adoption today allows you to select the adoptive parents and the future you want for your child. You can also choose to have an ongoing relationship with your child and their adoptive family if you would like.

Choosing to Parent

Just because something is unplanned, doesn’t make it impossible. Parenting is one of life’s most challenging yet rewarding endeavors. Many resources are available to assist you whether you are a single parent, co-parent, or married.

At Crossroads Care Center, we provide pregnancy and parenting education and resources. Our Baby Care Program lets you meet one-on-one with a trained peer advocate who assists you throughout your pregnancy and the first 24 months of your child’s life. We provide diapers, wipes, clothing, blankets, formula, etc., free of charge.
